Would you re-wash the Soft Cloth toys to get the food smell out?
My kind husband washed our baby’s soft cloth toys with a wash wrag (soap and water of course). Then, placed them to dry laying on a towel. I smelled the toys and they smell kind of like food. He used the same washcloth that he used to wash dishes and wipe the counters off with on the toys.
Is this okay?
Would you re-wash them to get the food smell out?
Our baby puts everything in his mouth – that’s why I’m asking. Thanks!
I throw the cloth toys in the washing machine and use Dreft baby detergent. Personally, I would NOT wash my baby’s toys with the same cloth you wash dirty dishes. I am by no means a germ-a-phobe, but that is unsanitary.
