Making Fondant with Glycerine…?
I live on an island, so the selection for my kitchen is very limited. Seems the only place that sells glycerine in a pure form… doesn’t really at all. There is something else, some hand softener in the glycerine, and I’m not sure if it’s safe to use in cooking
