Does anyone know if the new liquid Neutrogena healthy skin is oil-free makeup?
I used this product line above, but the line Skin Care Liquid previous product says oil-free makeup "on the bottle and the new line does not work … So I was wondering if anyone knows if the new line is even without oil?
Not really sure, but all the makeup they had in bottles. Big Almay makeup is water based my dermatologist recommended.
