How can i get Relief From my ankle pain?
15 days back i met with a small accident and got my ankle twisted. It pained in a way such that i could not walk at all and got an x-ray confirmation that there was no fracture. The doctor gave me some pink band cloth, i do not know what it is called actually. I am able to walk now but with some pain. What should i do to get relief from that pain as soon as possible?

elevate your ankle, ice it for 20 min. – off for 20 min. – heat for 20 min., take some tylenol, and just relax for a little bit. Don’t walk on it if you don’ thave to righ tnow, but make sure you don’t stay off it for too long. You’ve still got to keep your strength up.
