How do you get a Bundt or wet? Mine seems to burn around the edges, and is dry inside.?
I did a book with sour cream Bundt cake - was dry and the edges and top / bottom was dark and burnt, but it did not taste burnt. My Bundt cakes usually come out dark and no gold. HELP! (
Maybe there's something wrong with the heater on your stove. ALSO … Your stove should be placed in the center of the oven … not the lowest or above. And in the center of the grid. Also I would try adding a little applesauce in mixing the dough, instead of oil … If your recipe calls for oil. If you are in an area of high altitude which could also cause problems and may need to add more moisture to the dough.
