Wrap around ice or Cold Pack?
Ice packs have been suggested for my undiagnosed neck ache/discomfort on various forums and said to be more effective that the heat packs I’ve been using. But heat packs can be wrapped around my neck, which is required to get to the aching areas, but Ice Pack can’t. So are there any other suggestions?
