Belly Button [navel] Piercing [Cheerleader]?
I’m getting mines pierced soon probably the end of this month. What are good tips for cleaning? What should i clean it with? & I’m also a cheerleader what should I do for it for the cheerleading season, since its most of the year? I was thinking of getting the flexible kind of belly ring. But i also heard i could just put a big bandage over it to be safe. Thats what I think i’m just going to do. How long do you suggest i wait until I start to exercise again? Like crunches and tumbling? A girl i knew that went to my tumbling got hers done & right after she just tumbled with it on, she says it doesn’t bother the tumbling at all. & do you have any other tips?

i just got mine pierced about a month ago and i’m also a cheerleader. they don’t have any impact on tumbling or flips but just make sure nothing hits the navel cuz then it hurts like hell. once u get it pierced, they give u some cleaning solution. otherwise, go for it
