It is my sprained wrist?
I have 14 years and I was wrong on my wrist yesterday. Immideatly wrong, but it seems to go away, then I went to volleyball practice. When I got home I realized my wrist, swollen and bruised. I put an Ice Pack on it and the swelling disappeared, but now it's swollen again. It hurts me jumping on the couch and landing on my hands and I bend my wrist. Should I get a hug, because I have to write to the school and it hurts to type and write, but I wanted to ask this question. I also grabbed 7 e-mails when I'm home, but about 4 of them I just cut and paste and sent the same for everyone. Should I use an elastic bandage, because it hurts a lot but I can not write w / elastic band because its supposed to minimize movements his wrist to heal so a store bought hug would be nice to hurt next move move, rotate and bend over and around. Not feel that way, on the other side also I have a sprained wrist
I would use RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation), as well as ibuprofen and use of an ace bandage. If you do not feel better in a few days I see the doctor. Good luck!
