Gymnastics ankle injury? ?
About a month, month and a half I'm going ankle injury. I do not really hurt when POINT toes but flexible. This makes it very difficult to find a diversion or Handspring back in the gym, because the land on the balls of your feet and bend your knees, feet are flexion (up leg.) really hurts, and it happened to both ankles. When it's bad, I just sit for a few minutes of rest, then re-enter I tried using a bandage, but that does not prevent this kind of movement pain (walking backwards towards the leg). It is as it should be stopped. And no, I went to the doctor, My parents took me no. They think that "heal with time, but I'm not going to take a break from the gym for months because it takes me. I think I'm going to a podiatrist (chiropodist) to obtain a kind of corset, but at the same time, I can do to help your ankles? Thank you.
the more you use the longer it takes to heal. This is probably a mild sprain, but you need around your ankles, I understand, so use a heating pad at night to a faster flow of blood and recovery faster and extend the joint to exclude more than you need
