Is it legal to fire and rescue to post pictures and information of a scene of the accident?
My girlfriend had an accident in less than one one of the firefighters and rescue had published photos on facebook description of the injuries involved people
Photographs may be because you're in a place and an accident has publicly responded to a question is general information to the public. But reports of injuries may be the medical record, and of course the names and data then must be confidential under HIPAA. You must download information, ask the person to remove it, then talk to a lawyer if you want to take action. Otherwise, a fire department complaint likely to lead to swift action. If this person is a paramedic or involved in sound processing, then I would say that for sure they are deep trouble and may lose their jobs there. If not, at least he is very professional and the person who will be "Read the Riot Act" by his superiors and told him off and never again.
