well if you wrap my stomach with ACE elastic bandages may reduce my waist?
Already purchased two of the large sizes, and I've tried. (Only for 5 minutes) of its more difficult to breathe with them, but the positive side, my back pain increases. I saw this thing on TV about this loss Holly Wood weight spa where they do something similar, but not keep the lid on all days. but after this treatment, wrap who have lost two or three inches that day. so maybe if I keep the light on what little I can do my size? I know this is a bit extreme, but thats how I spend my weight loss. (No by the way im fat im like 20 pounds heavier and I want to lose weight my belly) assholeish not only helpful answers please. I'm running 2-3 times a day, count calories and diet, I just want a helping hand to reduce my waist. the question is simply whether this tactic to help!
Ok, this has the same effect as using a brace for a long period of time – that will make your waist smaller? It will push the fat in other fat cells around the body with a bias in favor of both sides of the lane. This in itself will not help you lose weight (hips and buttocks are more likely to see big, and even may favor the development of new fat cells (normal fluctuations in weight of each one of the fat cells decrease or increase their numbers will grow in the very obese).
