How many poeple quit cold turkey?
thumbs up for yes and thumbs down to not very good. I tried to quit smoking before, attempted coup, and aromatherapy is unsuccessful. I have many reasons to quit smoking and what I want, but me a good reason to smoke and I just need a cigarette. smoked for 10 years, have shot at 6-10 per day, but I'm addicted yet, I feel like mentally and physically you really need each cogaretts. please help!
I did – it was hard had to sit on my hands a lot. Interestingly, whenever I feel like I started trying to replace it with clean water, and this worked. Of course, drinking water has helped to eliminate the chemicals in my system, so that was a bonus too.
