What can be done to aid a sagging ,loose breast apart from the risky surgery?
I am 39 year old and wear a 36c bra size. However, I am childless and have small, sagging breats. Apart from the risky surgery, what can be done to enhance the appearance of my breast to be firmer, and not to sag and possibly be a bit bigger for a sexier look? Any natural or herbal formulas, creams/ointments and/ or exercises recommended?
The only thing you can do is wear a good bra. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, creams, lotions, exercises….nothing is going to firm your breasts. It just doesn’t exist. Anything that says it will is a scam and you’d just be wasting your money. This is what I do. If there was something, I would tell you. Surgery is the only thing that would fix it—and you’d have to get implants.
Go buy a good bra. Something wit some padding and support. It will make all the difference.
